We build for the needy
We build three-bedroom houses with a living room to provide families with a decent living space, ensuring comfort and privacy. Each home is designed to meet the needs of the beneficiaries, allowing them to live in a healthy and secure environment.
As part of our commitment to improving living conditions, we also install sanitation facilities, including toilets, to promote hygiene and prevent diseases related to poor sanitation. These initiatives aim not only to provide shelter for vulnerable families but also to ensure them a dignified living environment conducive to their growth and well-being
Changing their lives became our responsibility...
Due to inadequate housing conditions, parents are forced to share the same sleeping space in a hut with their children, including adolescents. This deprives parents of any privacy and exposes children, especially young girls, to inappropriate influences that may trigger early impulses.
We are building their future, their lives... because they deserve it just as much.
This situation fosters unwanted pregnancies, some of which result from incestuous relationships. It is not uncommon to see young girls become mothers as early as 12 years old, thereby compromising their educational and social future.
Building a more spacious house for these families allows for the creation of separate spaces, ensuring the separation of parents' rooms from children's rooms, as well as distinguishing between girls' and boys' rooms. This arrangement promotes a healthier, safer living environment conducive to the well-being and development of each family member.

Clean water
They needed clean water — in their schools, in their homes, in their everyday lives
The lack of clean water was a critical issue in the community, leading to the proliferation of diseases related to poor hygiene, particularly dirty hands diseases.
To address this, Light on the Hill Initiative (LHI) has implemented a clean water supply program aimed at facilitating access to safe and clean water. This program prioritizes schools, public places, and the most vulnerable neighborhoods to ensure a better living and health environment for all
Their need for clean water was urgent and undeniable...
When we arrived in the community, the children, even the adults, were dirty and unhealthy. We had to teach them about hygiene. Later, we thought about the clean water supply. By ensuring the availability of clean water, we are not only contributing to the reduction of waterborne diseases but also improving sanitary and educational conditions, thereby allowing children and families to live in a healthier and safer environment.
